Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
The short version
- We only collect what you type into our forms, and we use it to reply to you or set up what you asked for.
- We do not sell or share your information for advertising, and this website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing legacystandardsolutions@gmail.com.
This policy explains how Legacy Standard Solutions (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through legacystandardsolutions.com, including our contact form, the Legacy Tap request form and the Legacy Tap profile pages we host for clients.
What we collect
| Where | What you give us | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact form (Start a Project) | First name, last name (optional), email address, the service you are interested in, and your message. | To reply to your inquiry and talk through your project. |
| Legacy Tap request form | Name, business name, email, phone number, job title, the Legacy Tap option you want, optional website and social links, the buttons you want on your profile, and any notes. | To confirm your order, prepare your card and build your digital profile. |
We also receive whatever you send us directly by email, phone or Instagram message, and use it the same way.
Information collected automatically
Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, so the site can be delivered and protected from abuse. We do not add analytics, advertising or social-media tracking scripts to this website, and the site does not set cookies.
Who processes your information
- Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions through Netlify Forms. Submissions are stored in our Netlify account.
- Google (Gmail) provides our business email inbox, where we receive form notifications and correspond with you.
- Google Fonts: some Legacy Tap profile pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when you open those pages. The main website uses self-hosted fonts.
We do not sell your personal information or share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only disclose it if the law requires us to.
Legacy Tap profiles
A Legacy Tap profile is a public web page. Its contents (such as name, phone number, email, business links and logo) are supplied by the client who owns the card, and are shown to anyone who taps the card or opens the link. Clients can ask us to change or remove their profile details at any time. When you tap “Save Contact”, the contact file is created in your own browser; we do not receive a copy.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and emails for as long as we need them to respond to you, provide the work you asked for, and keep ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will delete it unless we have to keep it for a legal reason, and we will tell you if that applies.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legacystandardsolutions@gmail.com or call (818) 527-5714. We will respond within a reasonable time, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act may give you additional rights.
Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to our form submissions and inbox is limited to us. No method of sending or storing information online is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive information (such as passwords or payment card numbers) through our forms.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
