Legacy Tap Terms & Renewal
Effective October 7, 2026
The short version
- Legacy Tap Standard is $79. That includes your card, your profile, setup and your first year of hosting and support.
- After the first year, keeping your profile live is $24 per year, for Standard or Signature.
- Renewal is never charged automatically. We contact you before your renewal date, and you only renew if you choose to.
- If you don’t renew, your profile is paused. The card is still yours, and you can renew later to bring the profile back.
1. Ordering
The Legacy Tap request form sends us a request; it is not a checkout, and no payment is taken on this website. After you send it, we contact you to confirm your details, your option and the price. Your order is confirmed once we have both agreed on those details and payment has been arranged with us directly.

3. Yearly renewal
- After your first year, renewal is $24 per year for Standard or Signature. It keeps your profile online and includes up to two minor profile updates per year (for example a new phone number, link or small text change).
- Larger changes, such as a full profile redesign, are quoted separately before any work is done.
- Renewal is not automatic. We reach out before your renewal date, and nothing is charged unless you tell us you want to renew.
4. Choosing not to renew
You don’t need to do anything to cancel: simply don’t renew, or tell us you’d like to stop. Your digital profile is then paused, and tapping the card will no longer open it. Your Legacy Tap card is still yours, and you can bring your profile back at any time by renewing.
5. What you own
- The physical card is yours to keep.
- The information, photos and logos you give us stay yours. You confirm you have the right to use anything you ask us to put on your profile.
- Your profile is hosted by us on legacystandardsolutions.com for as long as it is active.
6. Phones and compatibility
Most modern iPhones and Android phones can read NFC cards without an app. Some phones need NFC switched on, and a few older or budget models do not support it. Every profile also has a web link that can be shared or opened by anyone.
7. Refunds and problems
Each card and profile is made to order. If something isn’t right with your card or profile, contact us and we will work with you to fix it. If you have questions about refunds, please ask before you confirm your order and we will answer in writing.
8. Privacy
Your profile is a public page that shows the details you choose to include. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you send us.
