The Challenge

What existed before

A registered dental hygienist in alternative practice starting out with no brand, no site and no way for patients to find or book her — in a category where patients are choosing someone to let into their home.

The default for this market is a cheap template that reads like a clinic. That undersells a service whose entire value is that it comes to you.

The Approach

How it was solved

Position the practice as concierge care rather than convenience care, and let every asset carry that: the language, the palette, the photography direction, the way booking is asked for.

Build bilingual from the start rather than translating later, since the service area genuinely needs both.

What Was Built

The delivered work

A complete launch: visual identity, a twelve-page bilingual website with a booking flow, ten blog articles for search, local SEO and Google Business setup, plus the offline side — direct mail, print collateral and an Instagram launch package.

One coherent brand across every surface a patient might encounter it on.

Key Features

What it does

Concierge positioning

Language and design that match the service level.

Bilingual experience

English and Spanish, built in, not bolted on.

Booking flow

A clear path from interest to appointment.

Local SEO

Google Business and location-aware content.

Content engine

Ten articles supporting search from launch.

Print and social

Direct mail, collateral and an Instagram launch set.

Outcomes

Where it landed

12 Bilingual pages
10 Blog articles
2 Launch campaigns
Local SEO & Google Business
Reflection

The website was maybe half the work. What made the launch land was that the flyer, the Instagram grid and the booking page all sounded like the same practice.
