What existed before
Homeowners dealing with fire, water or storm damage often don’t know what a public adjuster does, and many of the firm’s clients are more comfortable in Spanish than English.
The firm needed a site that could explain its work clearly in both languages, reach people searching in specific Los Angeles-area cities, and collect the details needed to start a claim without a long back-and-forth on the phone.
How it was solved
Explain first, then make the next step easy. Every service page, article and city page exists in English and Spanish, and a short claim check on the homepage helps visitors see where they stand before they reach out.
City service pages give people searching locally a page about their area instead of a generic homepage, and the intake was designed so a new client can provide everything the office needs in one sitting.
The delivered work
More than 80 pages across English and Spanish: service pages, 19 city pages and 7 educational articles in each language, a referral-partner page, a license verification page and a privacy policy.
The online client intake prepares the firm’s contract packet automatically, emails it to the office and sends it for e-signature. An assisted “quick intake” lets the adjuster start a case with a client on the spot from his Legacy Tap card.
Under the hood
- One hardened Netlify Function handles intake server-side, so no keys or credentials ever reach the browser.
- Every submission is checked on the server before anything is sent: allowed origin, spam honeypot, strict field validation, rate limits and duplicate protection.
- Intake submissions are also saved through Netlify Forms, so a lead isn’t lost if the contract step fails.
- On preview deployments the contract step runs in test mode: packets go to a test inbox and e-signatures use SignWell’s sandbox, so testing never sends a real contract.

Counts reflect the live site as of October 2026.
For a firm whose clients are often stressed and switching between two languages, the most useful thing the site does is make the first step simple: read something clear in your language, then start the claim without waiting for a call back.
